It was created by  Kevin Systrom  and  Mike Krieger , and launched in October 2010 exclusively on iOS.  Some of the features include: Video feature- video posts are very similar to the photos. You can post videos up to 60 seconds long. Live Video Feature -  Followers get a push notification telling them you’re going live.  Followers can comment on or like your Live Video stream in real time.  The video is gone after you end it. Canada has officially made Marijuana federally legal!  Adults will be allowed to buy, use, possess and grow recreational marijuana, under the law . In Quebec and Alberta, the legal age is 18; it's 19 in the remainder of the country. The measure   legalizing the recreational use of the plant passed the Senate in June.  Where can you buy it?  Marijuana will not be sold in the same location as alcohol or tobacco. Consumers are expected to purchase the plant from retailers regulated by provinces and territories or from federally licensed producers when those options are not available. What about previous pot charges?  Authorities will soon announce plans to pardon Canadians who have been convicted of possession of 30 grams or less.  The production, distribution or sale of cannabis products will still be an offense for minors.
